Mini Mall Storage - Grand Prairie

The place itself is good but the price is Not. Everytime I turn around the price is going up. My dad is a senior in a facility and HAS TO store his stuff and he only gets enough money to cover his rent…….so I being his daughter pay for the unit cause most of the stuff in the storage unit belongs to my mom who passed away, and my dad’s not ready to let the stuff go So you guys upping the price all the time is very disheartening

Secure facility, nice helpful staff. The ladies on the phone are always kind and easy to deal with. Definitely a bit pricey, and added costs show up if you’re storing long term.

Mini Mall Storage is only good at one thing in Grande Prairie, AB and that is ripping people off. I had my lock cut and some stuff stolen from my unit. "Unfortunately" they said, there was nothing picked up on their cameras because there was not a camera pointed to the area where my Seacan unit was located. Supposedly this had happened to a few of the other renters as well, where their locks were cut and stuff was stolen. I had my own insurance through my apartment for my storage unit but had no camera coverage for proof of the theft. Then, they still had the odacity to raise the "fees" shortly after that in Oct 2023, by $20 per unit to cover the cost of installing more cameras. Now they turned around 3 months later, raising the "rent" by another $20 at the end of Jan 2024. Just one rip off after another.

Debbie was amazing to deal with, she helped me figure out everything and explained all the rules to me. The facility it very clean and we are very happy with our choice to store our belongings with Mini mall storage

Have been 110% to deal with. Communication and consistency have been proven to keep all transactions to have the ability to continue running smoothly. Recommend, absolutely.
